On the 5th April 2022, David Hulme, CEO of FutureDAMS, hosted the final webinar of the FutureDAMS research project.
The webinar included presentations from several research partners, during which they reflected on what they have learned through their research, capacity development and policy engagement over the last four and a half years.
Following introductions from David Hulme and the two other FutureDAMS directors, Jamie Skinner and Julien Harou, each research partner had five minutes to summarise two or three key points that came out of their research.
Did any findings have widespread support across the disciplines and the river basin case studies? And were they any over-arching conclusions about major water/energy/food/environment initiatives that partners could agree upon, or does everything depend on ‘context’?
