The FutureDAMS consortium is delighted to welcome Gloria Salmoral to the team as the Technical Project Manager. Gloria will be responsible for coordinating our technical work, tracking milestones, organising meetings and co-development workshops, and contributing to the research.
Gloria has extensive experience in developing deliverables and successful fundraising in the areas of extreme climatic events (droughts & floods), water and agri-food systems sustainability, and nexus thinking to support sustainable natural resource management, particularly in developing economies. She has over ten years of international experience in water resources management: she has acted as a technical advisor at FAO, public institutions and private sector and has worked as external evaluator in European and UK grants calls. She is originally from Spain and in her spare time she practices yoga, cycles and enjoys holidaying in natural areas.
